applecare proof of purchase broken

Can anyone understand why I can not upload a pdf file to the proof of purchase area when registering my new applecare pack?

I've tried different pdfs, jpeg, jpg etc - keeps returning this error.

After 20minutes on phone tp apple I got email address to send proof of purchase.

So, will advise on what the outcome was there too.

Kind of odd... I bought my TB display and AppleCare through Amazon and successfully registered the product with Apple without having to jump through any hoops. Not sure why you're having problems...

Apple emailed back with confirmation that the protection plan is complete, and this appeared to be fomr the 'fax' location... so not so painful, but still, unfortunate to find form upload playing up... these things happen.
