We have exchange 2010 mail server. There are over 27000 mail in my exchange mailbox.
Mail app not sync with exchange server stable. Mail app sync very very long intervals. Morning mails display afternoon on my mail app.
I tried many thing but not fixed.
I am using MacBook Air.
Please help me...

Are all those messages in your Inbox or this is total of all folders?
Better housekeeping is to clean / categorize your inbox and move things to subfolders – or archive.
Apple Mail does not cope well if you have more than 10k emails in one folder.
Other mail clients struggle as well.
When you move the emails to subfolders it will take a long time to resync – so do not get discouraged.
