movie i bought not uploading into iPods

just purchased led zeppelin's CELEBRATION DAY movie (in hd). obviously purchased off itunes.

it dowloaded into my itunes library of "movies", but when i try to sync it to my ipods, it doesn't sync.

i have 5 other movies (dylan, rush, etc) that have synced, but the new zep celebration day does not.

anyone know why? does it have anything to do with the fact that i bought it in high def?

the sync is set to "sync all movies". i even attempted deselecting the other movies and JUST syncing the zep movie alone, but it didn't sync.

what gives?
