transfer from PC to MacPro?

I am thinking about buying a MacBook Pro. How do I transfer existing mail & PC data?

Use the Migration Assistant. Consists of two bits of code: the one that comes with the Mac and runs at first start (or manually later on) and one you install on the PC to get it to talk to the Mac and send all your stuff over.
