Snow Leopard isn't available as a download. You'll have to call the Appe Store to arrange a purchase.
It's now available for purchase on the Apple Store website; phoning them isn't necessary.

Thanks for that link, Kirk, I've been searching the UK store on and off for months looking for something like that. I still can't find it by following any links from the store, and search brought up a load of irrelevant hits.
Just replaced the /us/ with /uk/ from your link and went straight there.
