If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.

Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'

Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.

You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

Or you could see if the second half of Kappy's reply in this thread helps : https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4530659

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) then you can use that :http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

This still doesn't help... There are no links available anywhere (even after you get the sercurity questions wrong)

There should be a link saying....

''Forgot your security questions? Send a email to your alternative email address to reset and verify...''

And it does no such thing... Are you trying to make things harder and harder. I know all my information and passwords etc... accept my security questions!

I can't even seem to just the rescue your email option.. not like it need rescuing, But it would have sure helped in the progress of changing my security questions.

I have tried anything...including the step by step instructions and the Itunes Support page.

I am 18, I can't be all that bad at this... Why make it so complicated.

Itunes is loosing money... Because I have a £30 itunes voucher to redeem.

Good Day. Thank Itunes for being so very helpful

We are fellow users here on these forums. The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account - if you don't already have one set up then you will need to contact Apple to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use.
