I connect a freeagent desk external drive (500gb) in my MBP and it recognize it, but I don't have write permission.....how can I activate it???.....I can´t erase all the info at the hard drive....the hard drive utility can't do anything

Open Disk Utility, select the external disk volume in the sidebar and check Format at the bottom of Disk Utility. If it's NTFS, use Paragon for NTFS or format your disk with FAT or exFAT
I suspect disk is formatted in NTFS (Windows format). You won't be able to save to it without 3rd party driver, like this one:

For disk to be writtable it needs to be HFS+ (Mac) or FAT32 (Windows/Mac).
