Adding email accounts to iCloud on a PC

Running a PC with Win7. Have installed iCloud so I can sync contacts, etc. with my iPhone. I have multiple email accounts - how do I add them to the iCloud mail thingy on my PC?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.0.1
