Blue screen pin wheel
When I turn my iMac on all I see is a blue screen and my mouse curser that doesn't move. Help me.........thanks......

It sounds like you have a hardware issue. Please carefully read and follow the instructions in Gray screen appears during startup. Then post back once you have done everything suggested.
