I stopped my iphone update midway and it went black with the apple logo turning on and off. I've tried pushing the home and lock buttons at the same time and nothing happens.. Help!

If necessary Place the Device into Recovery mode...
Dont do that!! Not a good idea. Try connecting your phone back to itunes and right click on your phones name to the left, then click restore from backup ( if it lets you). if not your going to have to put your phone into DFU mode to get it back.
