My ipad2 was stolen yesterday. Support services are closed for the holidays. Any suggestions on how to use the Location Services on the ipad to track the device if the thief did not disable the feature?

Did you setup Find My iPad on the device?

Assuming you had setup the Find my Phone featre previously, you can log into iCloud and use the find my Phone icon there.
If it was not set up, then you won't be able to find it.
