The plug on my adapter wont flash green when charged

For some reason the indicator light at the end of the charger which I believe is orange when charging wont turn green to indicate that the battery is fully charged which it used to between 94 and 99 percent before. It´s really bugging me does anyone have an answer? Much appreciated.
