Q: how can i find my iphone online

I lost my phone today along the highway while it was in airplane mode. Can I still find it with findmyiphone.com

Only is someone finds it, turns Airplane Mode off and connects to the 3G or a W Fi network. Did you have a password set on the iPhone?
