I found out the hard way by losing all of my email archives that my Outlook 2011 data was not being backed up. When I look at my backups it is not showing up under my identity. Yes I checked under options and nothing is being excluded from my backup.

Where is your Outlook data stored? Is other data at the same location being backed up? Does the Outlook data have unusual permissions?
The Outlook data is in the default folder used when installed. It is located under main identity in the Microsoft User Data file located in the user's Documents file. There are no unusual permissions.
Are other things in the Documents file being backed up?
Yes they are. In fact everything but the actual data file itself.
That is strange. I don't know what is going wrong. This is what I propose you do to get help:
