I have a problem with the self assigned WiFi IP,I'm using a TP-link WR740N router...and it's definitely working,other computers could connect to it,but my iMac can't connect to it,because when ? try to connect it says that my WiFi network has a self assigned ip address and it's not able to connect to internet 😟 somebody please help..I'm so disappointed 😟

I solved the problem....I changed the wireless from 11bgn mixed to 11bg mixed from router settings 🙂 and now it's working...but I can't understand why my iMac doesn't work with 11bgn mixed or just 11n mode 😕 I know that my mac supports 802.11n wifi mode...hmmmm😕
