Please teach me how to sync my iPhone4 with my outlook contacts & calendar. It has been out of order for a while. I have no clue how to tackle this problem.
iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1
What settings do you have in iTunes for syncing Contacts and Calendar? How long has it not been working and have you ever seen an error message on the screen? What version of Outlook are you using, and what computer OS are you using?
I had this problem for Few months already. My outlook is 2010. Windows xp.
Are you using the latest Service pack for XP? It is a lot easier to diagnose if you check into it a lot sooner, because you tend to be able to remember something that you did that might have caused the problem. However, try this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2776 and see if that helps. There are any number of things that can cause this problem, including a corrupt pst data file.
