Song's iTunes Match iCloud icon shows but when I click to download song nothing happens.

Question

Song's iTunes Match iCloud icon shows but when I click to download song nothing happens.

Song shows "greyed out" on iTunes list with iCloud / iTunes Match icon for "click to download". But when I click on the icon to try to download the song nothing happens. I've tried signing out of iTunes Match and signing back in, etc.

I have five songs like this in itunes 11. In the previous version, i got an error on four of the songs but now there is no error dialog popup. Also, I recently tried to redownload a song after deleting it, it is greyed out also.
