MMS Option Missing

I upgraded to 6.0.1 (10A523) and has not been able to send MMS. It was working perfectly before the upgrade as I send MMS quite often. Realize that i dont have turn on MMS option anymore. When sending a picture, the option to send via Message is not available.

Turned on iMessage and tried to send a picture and it failed. Send and Received were configure to my mobile number (masked). With iMessage switched ON, I still couldnt find the option to switch ON my MMS.

Please help.
