Please help me, I have a Macbook and when i turn it on it says that an update needs to be installed, so i close out all of my running programs and try to update it but then it says the update failed. Is there anything I can do?

What update are you installing?
When i try to update it says I need to install one item and it is called SuperDrive Firmware Update 3.0?

I just tried the link you sent, and I hate to say it but it did not work 😟 Are there any other options?
Press Shift key when your Mac starts and install that update manually
Like press and hold the shift? As its turning on or on the log in screen or what?
