How do I calibrate my MacBook Pro battery?

I was reading about Apple Portables and Calibrating your computers battery for best performance, and I can not figure out how to calibrate my batter. I currently own a MacBook Pro 13" June 2012 model. I had also noticed that sometimes when I check the battery health it only says Normal, and when I look at iStat Pro it shows 99%, then sometimes it will show 100%. It changes every so often. I only have 27 cycles and always make sure to drain my battery and completly charge it. Please if anyone knows a solution and how to calibrate it would be greatly appreciated.

Your model Macbook Pro does not need calibration. Read the user manual that came with your computer.

Your (Apple's) System Profile information is what you should go by instead of 3rd party software. If the profiler says your battery is "normal" then it is.
