I am about to buy an iphone 4s should i get a 16 or 32 gb when i have 6 gb of my 8gb ipod full of music and i have a 32gb ipad?

That decision depends on your needs. Also, unless you have a different place to purchase, Apple only provides for the iPhone 4S in 16GB.
If you think you will have enough content on your phone now or in the future to fill up a 16gb phone then go with the 32gb, if not, then do the 16gb.
I will be using the phone for music, photos, a few apps and text and email. I will not be purchasing the iphone at apple so i believe that it does come in 32
Nevermind, you can only buy the 16gb like Chrisj4203 stated, its on apples website, That said if you needd more than that you will have to go to the iphone 5 which offers 16gb, 32gb, and 64gb.
I do not have an iphone right now. my phone is not very good and runs out of memory constantly without anything really on it. i have no music or anything. I wanna make sur i have a reliable phone with enough memory but i do not wanna spend the extra 100dollars if i do not need that much
I am purchasing the phone from sprint and last i checked they had the 32 gb.
Spending the extra $100 is now a matter of preference as to whether you want to manage your storage or simply have enough to not worry about it.

Well, I tried to check and they are showing a 16GB, but when I tried to check further, they post the site is under maintenance, so I couldn't see any more.
I have both a 32GB iPhone and iPad: The iPhone stores mostly music (along with about 90+ Apps) and my iPad stores Movies and Apps (as some Apps can take up far more space on iPad than they do on iPhone).
However, I am looking into iTunes Match to stream content to my iPhone and may get a 16GB iPhone when the next iPhone comes out. However, I've heard bad things about it...so I may just stick with 32.
Honestly, you can never go wrong getting more storage if you will use it. If you only have 6GB of Music on your iPod but have far more in your library, you can be more flexible with your music content.
Their website is under maintenance which is frustrating but when i talked to the man at the counter he said that they did have all three gb versions not just the 16gb
That must be some leftover stock, since Apple is only stocking the 16GB for sale. Good luck on your purchase.
I have pretty much all my song on my ipod and listen to them all. so the 6gb out of 8 is pretty accurate. i do like to take pictures though which i know can take up alot of room on a phone. so maybe the 32...ahh so confused!
Heres your answer, if you are concerned enough that you have to ask whether to go with larger storage, then you probably will need it.
