Key in your serial number from Settings > General > About below:

It's either a new iPad Mini or the new 4Gen iPad. Not positive, but it's after all the 3Gen iPads.
Tap Settings > General > About for more information.
The A1458 is a 16 GB 4th generation iPad with wifi only.
