I followed th instructions from Apple support to download Windows on my IMac using Bootcamp.

These instructions do not work if you do not firstly partition your HD in Disk Utility.

Mentioning this would save people a lot of headaches.

If you actually had followed the instructions (did you read them) you would noticed (on Page 7) the directions on how to format the partition as NTFS for the installation.

Read the instructions in case you missed some of the others.

Yes i actually read page 7, I wasn't constructing a wall unit from IKEA. No the instructions did not work. I was unable to continue past the bootcamp partition page. see the installingcats.com link. Worked for me?
