My wife has an Ipad synced with her PC which has Itunes on it, but she woiuld like to add US holidays to her Calendar. Is there antyy way to do this using a PC ?

Does she have outlook or such program on the syncing computer? If so, add the holidays to your outlook, then hook your iPad up to the computer and enable it to sync the calendar to your iPad.
alternatively, you can download the holidays onto your computer calendar and then see if you can e-mail that calendar event to yourself, saving it to the iPad.
She does not have outlook on her PC. My calendars on my Ipad and Imac are fine, I jusgt want to add the US holidays and any other calendar she wantgs.

I have visited the URL you posted, but how can I get it on her Ipad ?
Visit the URL on the computer that is used to sync the iPad, and click on the Download link. iCal should popup and ask you if you want to subscribe to the calendar.
After you subscribe to the calendar, connect the iPad to sync. In the Info section of the iPad there'll be an option to sync Calendars, or it will optionally sync through iCloud (if you've got iCloud set up).
I've done it on my mac, and everything pushed to all my other devices. If you're using a pc, I'm not sure.
