Missing safari bookmarks

I just upgraded to OS 10.8.2. Many of my safari bookmarks are gone. Where are they on Time Machine? How do I retrieve them and re-install them?

Thanks.

Quit Safari. Disable Safari synchronization in iCloud, if applicable.

Hold down the option key and select Go Go to Folder from the Finder menu bar. Copy the following line into the text box that opens, then press return:

~/Library/Safari/Bookmarks.plist

Enter Time Machine and restore the selected file.
