I used to be able to quickly scroll to the top of large web pages by tapping the black area above the address bar. This feature is no longer working. I've tried various web sites and it doesn't work for any of them. Any suggestions?

Make sure the iOS is updated on your ipad.
Reboot the device by pressing and holding down the home and sleep/wake buttons (power) at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings
