Syncing Issues

Hello,

I have an iPod Touch 4th Gen, and I synced all my information to iTunes.

I have the most recent version of itunes, and I would like to view my synced data (applications, photos, videos) and transfer it to my iPhone (4s).

I am not very experienced, so if anybody could tell me how to transfer my data I would gladly appreciate it.

NOTE:

I no longer have access to my iPod Touch.
