Battery Issues

Hello everyone, I'm here to share my problem, hoping to find a solution, so I'll describe it to the very best.

Today, I came back from school, and I was on the bed, playing on the iPhone when the battery counter was at 50%. It was frozen to 50% and I didn't even notice. And suddenly the phone shut down. And now, when I plug it in to charge, it says 100% with the plug sign on the battery sign.

I have tried restoring & resetting, nothing worked.

So should I go to Apple Store or something?
