Nov 24, 2012 7:13 AM in response to ajr25by planb77,After leaving the iPod to charge for a minimum of 30 minutes using a known working USB sync cable, try resetting the device. To do this, press and hold both the Select/Center and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
