Apps Not Rotating
Is it normal for some Apps to NOT roate when the iPad is turned 180 degrees?

Not all Apps offer this feature...
Orientation Lock
Settings > General > Lock Rotation..
Or...
Double-press the home button...
Swipe to the right until you get to the Portrait Orientation Button...
