Upgrade iOS 6.0.1 stopped my iphone working in Honda Civic 2012

My Honda 2012 has a USB port and it supports iPod.

My iPhone 5 always worked in my car using the USB port playing music.

Last night I upgraded to iOS 6.0.1 and since then my iPhone 5 stopped working in my Civic.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Is there a fix to this problem?
