I know the problem is directly related to my recent upgrade to Mountain Lion and the connection with the Exchange server I use for my work email.
The solutions I've found online have not helped me yet. I'm begging for help here!!!
The syncServicesAgent is taking up 100% of my CPU when it is running.
This has also caused me to force quit other applications because of how slow its going!
