Does Microsoft Office have a Paint program? I need something to specifically design a book cover. I need to erase the edges to make them appear tattered.

Since you're not using a Mac the link I have to the Microsoft Office for Mac forums wouldn't do you any good. I suggest you start at www.microsoft.com & search there. The last time I used Windows there was a very basic paint program installed with Windows.
