I've been working on a track in garageband recently and have done loooooads of work on it. I tried opening it today and it keeps crashing.
Could the file be corrupt?
Have I lost everything?
Your help will be most appreciated.
I'm using garageband 11 vers 6.0.5

Your GarageBand is crashing with a bad access and an invalid kernel address, when it is trying to set the key of the project. That can mean two things; either your project file is indeed corrupted, or you are having system trouble.
Since you can open other projects, it is save to assume, that your project got corrupted. But the problem seems to be with the data (key, major) retrieved form the database and not related to the media files inside the project, so I see no way to fix this. Hopefully somebody else has an idea.
You could try to save at least your audio recordings by opening the project package from the Finder with ctrl-click and and selecting "Show Package contents" from the pop-up menu. Inside this package you'll see the folder "Media". This contains the audio files of your recordings.

What happened in between? Did you install something?
Can you open other GarageBand projects or none at all?
