I recently bought the new ipad mini. its fine and everything.
just wanted to knw that If i update my software to the latest, will all my apps and setting be the same or it will delete and reset newly.????

Everything should be fine if you update the iOS. You should not lose any data, settings, apps, content or anything at all. I have never lost anything when I updated. Backup your iPad first - just in case. You will have the backup to restore from if something happens to go wrong.
