Imported photos not showing as a Project anymore

Hi

Up until last week, whenever I imported photos into Aperture they would show up as a Project, but my last two imports do not appear as a Project although they do appear in Photo Stream

Could it be that I've inadvertently changed an import setting?

I've reset my preferences and ensured that the filters are cleared, so I'm not sure why it's behaving like this

Any thoughts would be much appreciated

Do you see your images in the all "Photos" default project? Have you tried to import into a different project?

How are you importing the images? If you are using the Import pane then you set the destination of the images here: (on the right hand side of the window)

What is set in your Destination: box?

Yes, the photo's show in "Photos" view

I havent tried to import into another project but will try it

I have "New Project" in my destination box, but photos just go straight to PhotoStream with no Project showing

You never answerd how you are importing the photos.

However if thay are showing up in the Photos view select one right click and choose Show in Project

What project does it go to?

Hi Frank

I've always imported them via the card reader with never a problem

I've right clicked a photo and done show in project and it goes to the last project successfully imported that it is showing in my Project list

So that is the project that the image is being imported to.

What is set in the Project Name box in the import pane?

I've just imported one new picture, named it as a project, and it has appeared as a Project
