what can i do if could not activate iphone 3gs

today i just try to update my iphone 3gs

and i thonk i did, but after actvaiting, its just text COUILD NOT ACTIVAT IPHON, try again

i restored it several times, but same text and traing again

so, what can i do?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.3.3
