Q: how to connect my ipad to my verizon hotspot jetpack

My IPAD came w/ ATT mobile hotspot, but I already have Verizon Jetpack and I can't connect to the internet.  The Ipad recognizes the Jetpack but keeps ATT.

iPhone 4, Windows 7
