Q: can you put your photos on your computer then up load them to a different I phone

Import them as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.  Then put the photos you want on the other phone in a folder and sync them to the other phone by selecting the folder on the PHotos tab of your iTunes syc settings and syncing.
