safari keeps quitting

After starting safari it quits within 10 seconds. it says:

The application Safari quit unexpectedly.

max OSX and other apps are not affected.

Click relaunch to launch the app again.

click report to see more details or send a report to Apple

I have relaunched it, reported it and ignored it. I also have restarted my computer twice. I dont have anyother browers like firefox and I cant go on safari long enough to download it. Please help!!

I just got a new battery and charger

Im using a different computer to type this so its not the internet
