I have seen some online store thay are selling an iphone just 300$ . ? is it possible ? becuase they are giving 100% gaurntee that product is seal pack from apple and its factory unlocked and brand new.

I'm not convinced that the seller is aboveboard. If you read closely, you'll note that it reads "products will be delivered in good condition". It does not read "in new condition". Too, nowhere on the website does it read that the products are "genuine".
