Some photos in the photo stream appear all black.

I restored my phone when mi iOS 6.0.1 upgrade bricked my handset.

Most of my iCloud photos have returned but the most recent ones I took have returned to my device all black.

I have 4 different devices using the same apple ID and none of the recent photos taken on my iPhone5 have been populated to any of my devices.

Is there any chance I can get the photos back?
