i bought a used mac air notebook the computer says it comes with iphoto but i cant find it help please

The license to use iPhoto is not transferable. It is included with new Macs, but it cannot be sold, so it will not be on any used Macs. You will not have iMovie or GarageBand either.
You must purchase your own copies of these apps from the App Store.
