How can sync my new iPhone with my iPad?

Using your designated Apple ID, you should be able to go onto each device into your iCloud settings and sign in. This can be found at: Settings, iCloud. Here you should see a login screen.

Once you sign in with the same Apple ID on both of your devices, you can select what you would like the Cloud to sync between your two devices.
