Q: My ipod touch {4th gen 42 gb} won't sync certain tv shows

I have a SD tv show that won't sync to my ipod. I know how to sync tv shows and have in the past, but these will not sync. Any help?

iPod touch, iOS 6, 4th gen

Do yoo have a Restrion on that wol dprevent syncing? Settings>General>Restrictions
