Q: PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an iphone 5 a few days ago and just recently discovered that the facebook app only works with wifi and not if your on the go. Why is this? What can i do to use this app without having to connect to the internet to access it whenever i want? Please help me I'm VERY upset with my purchase because of this problem.

Cellular data is an option in Settings > General > Network on every iPhone. If it's not there, there is something wrong with the device.
Cellular data must be ON for the device to connect to the Internet when Wi-Fi is not available.
