Q: Can't download videos on old iPod touch

I have a couple of older iPod touches and have been trying to download videos to them. When I finish with the download, nothing appears in the videos window even though iTunes appeared to download the videos. Also a dialog box appears with some videos saying that this iPod touch cannot play this particular video.

I am wondering why this is happening. Any ideas?
