Launch AirPort Utility. It is in your Mac's Utilities folder.
AirPort Utility will tell you the reason.

Do you have another router, or device that is configured as a router? You should have only one on your LAN.
I do have a router from my server , where is the LAN to change it.
rourter model is check mark on DHCP , so do you want me to unmarked it and just mark one the one it say DHCP only..?

Yes. You should have only one DHCP server.

Sharing a range of IP addresses using DHCP Only requires manually configuring your WAN IP address. If your ISP gives you a range of static IP addresses, you should manually configure your base station with the first IP address and distribute the rest via DHCP.
Then configure the other device to act as a bridge. You will get the "double NAT" error when two devices are performing this function.
I just unmark the wan option and now is updating lets see what happen now.. thanks for your help is well apprecatied.
