You need to use the latest iTunes app from Apple on your computer.
iTunes 10.7 on your computer.
You import movies/videos, music over to iTunes then connect iPad to iTunes and do a sync.

First step: Can you import the movies to computer iTunes?
You need to convert if necessary.
See I want to send video from my computer to ipad
For that first I have to select the video and need to paste in Itunes.
Now please tell me the process how can I do that
- If the movie format is compatible to iTunes on computer, the just drag and drop it on iTunes.
- iTunes will import it under Movies (left panel).
- Connect your iPad to computer iTunes using the dock connector.
- Select the movie in computer iTunes.
- Click Sync button.
