No, it does not come in 16gb. The reason being for this is that it probably is so advanced that you would want to have 32gb or 64gb on it. It would be nice if it did, but it doesn't. Sorry!

No, it does not. 32gb or 64gb are the choices. If you want 16gb or anything else, get a fourth generation or something other that a fifth generation ipod touch.

Yes, it does now. it is $230 but it doesn't have an iSight rear-faceing camera or iPod Touch Loop and it only comes in silver. Hope this helped!
